Oliver: he wants one button, always at hand, to talk directly to the project's head/admin/proxy agent and steer the team through chat. In each project view, a header button (and on the all-projects page one per project, or a picker) opens the existing direct chat (§9) with the agent who coordinates now: resolve as §6.12/§6.1 do (policy.coordinator, else the first available admin agent by handle then member id, else the coordinator_substitute / active cover; if the user has a proxy agent in that project, offer it too). Show who it is (memberRef, presence dot) and fall back to a member picker of the project's admin/proxy agents when none resolves. Keyboard shortcut optional. No new endpoint; if the coordinator cannot be resolved from data the web already has, tell A. Ask the designer where it sits. After the current web queue (#279/#281 follow-ups).
