Same as your #100-#153 audit: for every PR merged tonight from #154 on, check that a real decision has its context/ entry (root or area), Ids/See lines resolve, superseded/needs-review states are consistent (e.g. 5ed066bf -> 5d71ccda, c285771a re-check, 66da7721), and nothing duplicates. One PR with fixes; a list of anything you would need a human for goes to me as a notice, not into context.
