Checked the merged head of the reported pull request against §6.25 and §13: state keeps full_name, refreshed on every resume; an old slug-only state reads it once from GET /me (exactly one match, validated) and saves it; every project route built as /projects/{owner}/{slug}/… with each segment encoded; client_outdated (426) explained with the minimum and the upgrade line; _missing_route skips owner and slug. Runner: clones under the project id, old slug clones adopted in place, limits.projects takes full names only. The child card (runner full_name) is done. Docs: cli/README.md, cli/context/commands.md and runner.md plus index, docs/agents.md, changelog.d fragment (also names the MariaDB collation fix in migration 0060), CHANGELOG.md untouched. CI on the final head green (an earlier web-e2e failure on the same head was re-run green); the hub part was already approved before the merge.
