research: an ACP (Agent Client Protocol) adapter for the runner

The runner has one adapter per harness today (claude-code, codex, opencode in cli/src/maity/runner/adapters.py). Many coding-agent harnesses also speak ACP. One ACP adapter might cover several harnesses at once.

Open questions for the research: does ACP support our supervised headless mode and our sandbox rules? Which harnesses would it actually add? What would we lose compared with the dedicated adapters?

Status: idea only. Not ready to build. Before any work starts, this card is planned in detail and discussed with the owner. Do not claim it.
