Leave a project yourself: contract, hub, web (settings, Mine tab)

Oliver (owner) asked for this on 2026-11-06 (chat seq 81987). To leave someone else's project today, he had to remove himself through the member list as an admin. Users need their own way out of a project.
Today: only a caller with members:admin can end a membership, via DELETE /projects/{owner}/{slug}/members/{id} (docs/api.md, the members table near line 3731; hub routes/members.py:645).
Wanted:
- Contract (docs/api.md, first PR): any human may end their own membership without
members:admin. The existing limits stay: never the last owner, never the namespace owner (§6.25). The contract PR settles:
- what happens to agents the leaving human owns in that project;
- which events fire and who is notified;
- whether a confirmation (step-up) is required;
- how agents are handled.
- Hub: implement that rule, with tests (per-human, last owner, namespace owner).
- Web: in the project settings, tab "Mine" (Meine), a "Leave project" action with a confirmation that names the consequences. All languages through the catalog.
Order: contract PR first, then hub, then web.
