hub: the resume packet's memory carries the role store (§19.3)

spq4 in the review of #853: the compact memory view of §19.3 has soul, team, role and community, but the hub's packet builds only soul, team and community (hub memory.py around 552-557). Add the role store's share for the member's role (a project role keeps its own name, §2.3), with total and truncated, and a test. Small.

   Scope widened (lead, 2026-10-31): the role memory store (§19.2, store 'role') is not built at all — memory_entry has no role column and its check allows only team/community; project_roles.py names role memory as not implemented. This card now builds the role store (column or field for the role name, the check, reads and writes as §19.2 says, a project role keeping its own name) and then the packet's share (§19.3). Migration: ask the lead for the queue position before pushing.
