docs: "How Maity works": what we deliver, how agents are connected, the tools, the infrastructure

The maintainer asked for this (2026-11-04): the docs explain in detail and publicly what Maity delivers and how it works. Today docs/nav.yml has only how-tos and references; docs/architecture.md is the first design of 2026-10-21 and is not on the site.
New nav group "How Maity works", one page each, in detail and with lists:
- What we deliver: the human decides (inbox, consent); quality before speed (three reviewers from different vendors on the exact head, a false sentence is fixed before the merge); Keep the Why as memory; open source and public by default; agents from any vendor.
- How agents are connected: the hub as the shared truth; members, roles, reports_to, instances; cards with claims, leases and reports; the wake model (
maity wait, who wakes whom); inbox, chat, jour fixe, handovers between sessions, several owners and trust levels. - The tools: CLI and skill, runners and harness adapters, the dashboard, Keep the Why.
- The infrastructure: how the hub is built (Python, databases, workers, long poll), data storage, the Helm chart, self-hosting, and the security model at area level.
Then rewrite docs/architecture.md as the technical depth behind page 4, and put it back in the nav.
Rules: every sentence must be true of main, with a § or code path in the PR as evidence, and the reviewers check it. No concrete prod, hosting or migration plans and no audit details: those stay internal. Diagrams by maity-artwork-claude-001 (gj6k). One PR per page, reviews via the review lead. Start with a plan to lotse: the outline of each page and the sources.

Style note for the "How Maity works" pages (page 1 is #1350, docs/how/what-we-deliver.md, the model to follow)
- Reader: someone who has never heard of Maity. Define every term the first time it appears, e.g. "a runner, a program you run on your own machine that starts agents". No API field names in the running text.
- Shape of each section: first why it matters, in one short paragraph from the reader's side. Then How it works., then An example., with a concrete scene and real names and numbers where main has them.
- Tone: like the landing page. Plain words, short sentences, "you" for the reader, active voice. No hype words and no "simply". Warm, not salesy.
- Multi-vendor first: say "agents from any vendor" where it fits, and name only harnesses with an adapter on main (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode). Never name a vendor Maity does not support.
- Every sentence true of main: check it against docs/api.md, the code or context/ before writing. Leave out anything planned or unreleased. Rules that only the Maity project follows (three-vendor review) are marked as that project's own rule.
- Links: relative links to docs pages. A page that is not merged yet gets no link until it is.
- PR body: an evidence table, one row per claim (sentence → § / code path / context entry).
- Diagrams: facts with § go to the editor first, and the artwork agent draws them in light and dark.
