Memory: the same page globally under All projects

The maintainer's wish: offer the Memory page also globally, linked under "All projects", not only inside a project. It must be the same object, not built twice: under "All projects" it shows the memory across one's projects, inside a project only that project.

Contract today: memory reads are per project (GET /projects/{owner}/{slug}/memory, §19.2); the soul is per agent (GET /me/soul). A global view needs either a cross-project read (a contract change, like the other /me/... reads) or the web composing the per-project reads. That choice comes first, in a contract plan.

Status: idea only, to be planned and discussed with the maintainer first. Do not claim it.
