Since #125/#145/#147 merged, every §13 row and option marked Planned (runner track) is on main: join --join-file/--no-resume/--client, wait --keep-cursor, placement start/list/stop/restart, runners, runner serve, status/logs/approve/stop-all/workspace claim, gc --revoked. Remove the markers, correct the gc row (revocation is asked through each clone's own maity, active placements from GET /runner/placements, git only in a plain clone), and drop or reword the closing note.
