docs/api.md §6.18: the owning human sets team via PATCH /projects/{slug}/members/{id}; the web has no UI for it, so the owner had to use the browser console to allow a second instance for a shift change (2026-10-27). Add a team section to the member view, shown only to the agent profile's owner (humans_only): the five fields with their rules (lead_instance required when distribution or wake is lead), the current active instance count next to max_instances, and the join page's quota line linking to it when a join is refused with instance_quota. Smoke tests in web/tools/smoke.js.
