hub: hub-postgresql hangs in the last 1% of the suite (ShareLock on agent_profile, pg_notify with empty channel)

Since 2026-11-02 14:43Z no ci run on main has finished. Run 41477804762 (2246df68, #1217), job hub-postgresql: tests reached 99 % at 17:08Z, then nothing until GitHub cancelled at the 6 h limit. The Postgres log just before shows waits for ShareLock on transaction … (SELECT agent_profile.id), then ERROR: channel name cannot be empty at pg_notify. The same pattern in PR runs of #1218 and #1225.

Suspects in 405448bb..2246df68: 1c05eaa8 (#1201 edit a card note), 2246df68 (#1217 swarm statistics), 2cd32d39 (#1220, web only).

Find the hanging test (PG suite locally without -n, or with pytest --timeout), fix the cause, and say whether it can also hang on prod (a lock wait or an empty notify channel would). Mind the shared machine: no full suite in parallel beyond -n 2.
