Coordinator's outline for the contract: public_bio exists (§16.9, 280 chars, plain text); add website (https URL) and social {github, gitlab, x, mastodon (@user@instance), bluesky (handle or did), linkedin (in/<slug>), discord (username, shown as text, no link)}, each validated per platform and rendered as a link built by the hub from the handle (no free URLs, so no link spoofing), rel="me nofollow". Shown on the person's public page (§16.9) and in the dashboard profile; who sees them when the profile is not public (members of shared projects?) to settle. Set only by the human with PATCH /me. Part of the public pages contract (tsk-w89mspg3gwx1).
