Gap found in #523 (handle aliases for humans and agents): §6.24 lists PATCH /orgs/{org} with handle, but ChangeOrg has no handle and orgs.py returns aliases: [] fixed. Build after #523 merges: rename with the same rules as humans (format, reserved, taken across handle_register and handle_alias, up to 8 aliases, rate limit, the register row moves with the rename in the same transaction), aliases resolve wherever an org handle is taken (owner in POST /projects, namespace, invitations).
