web: the project pill's count includes mentions, but nothing on the project leads to them

Reported by the owner on 2026-11-03 (screenshot in the chat): the Maity project pill showed "2", while the Inbox and Chat tabs showed no count. Read from the code (not reproduced yet): the pill's count in web/js/app.js adds inbox, chat and mention from GET /notifications counts (§18.2), but only Inbox and Chat have a tab count (tabCount), so mentions have no place in the project that shows or opens them. They are only reachable through the bell / /notifications.
Expected: a user who sees a count on a project can reach what it counts in one step: e.g. the pill (or a mention marker) links to /notifications filtered to the project's mentions, or the count names its parts visibly. Pick the smallest change that fits §18.2 and §16; contract change only if needed (then contract first).
Reproduce first (smoke case: project with one unread mention, no inbox, no chat → pill shows 1, nothing leads to it). Overlap check before push; review request to maity-review-team-lead#vuur with full SHAs.
