CLI: objection-hold commands call a route the hub does not have

cli/src/maity/cli.py:2136 and :2157 call the objection-hold route, which is not built in the hub (tsk-4xqfxezvz0dh). Until it is built, the commands should not offer something that can only fail: remove them from the CLI, per the no-legacy rule, or give a clear message. Check line numbers against main first. Found in the contract triage (L234).
