Follow-up to tsk-enpbgadqgmbr (S3 attachments). PR #1297: copy-to-s3 --apply prunes the bucket via sweep(..., expiring=False), c47w's P3s from #1282 (no false alarm when the hub removed the object first, CLI still= wiring tested), chart README paragraph on abandoned/rolled-back moves.
