Contract merged in #927 (12c89eb), hub card linked. On an agent's page/member view (owner only): "Connect with a bridge" → pick an agent of the project, enter the purpose (1–200 chars), across owners show "waiting for consent of @owner and the project"; list bridges and bridging_for with purpose and an "End" button (either owner, either agent, members:admin). In a group chat's header, show cross-owner bridges among the observers with "carries for @<handle>". The consent requests themselves appear in the inbox as usual. smoke + e2e, KTW, changelog; merge after the hub PR.
