Oliver (seq 15886): only one 'Settings' in a project. Contract merged as #741 (af4ee62): the settings view has two tabs, the project's settings and the caller's own at settings/mine; my-settings is no longer a project view (the hub frees the word). Web: drop the 'My settings' tab (web/js/app.js route my-settings), show both as tabs inside Settings (the project tab only for those who may see it, 'Mine' for every human member), route /<owner>/<slug>/settings/mine, no redirect from my-settings (alpha). Update changelog.d/agent-d-web-not-listening.md so it no longer names my-settings, README and web/context/views.md. Texts into the i18n catalog if #747 is merged. Fixture, smoke/e2e, changelog.
