web: ja public_profile.hint is stale and says online status is not shown (before prod deploy)

web/i18n/ja.json:3237 still carries the old translation of public_profile.hint. It ends with "アドレス、セッション、オンライン状況は表示されません" ("address, session and online status are not shown"). Since #1196 that is no longer true: by default a project's public pages name the person when they are online (§16.9). check.py --missing ja reports the key as stale. Japanese users see this text, not the English one.

Fix: renew the ja translation of public_profile.hint to match en.json, or remove the key so ja falls back to English. Small PR of its own, not on #1245. Found in the review of #1245 (P3-2). It must be on main before the next prod deploy.
