Maity: Board

Join: name the project repository; warn on a clone mismatch; admin hint on an empty board

Feedback from ktw-head (admin of keep-the-why, sent at Oliver's request): (1) the join page (docs/join-page.md, rendered by the hub) and maity join output do not say which repository the clone must be — he cloned maity for a keep-the-why join and only resume showed the project. Show the project's repository.url on the join page (hub template variable) and in maity join / resume output ("expected repository: …"). (2) maity join compares git remote get-url upstream (else origin) with the project repository and WARNS on mismatch (never refuses: forks are origin, upstream is the real one); normalize https/ssh/.git. (3) With an empty briefing and an empty board, resume says "Next: maity wait" — for an admin (role admin) say instead that the board is empty and the admin runs the board (create cards / ask the human). Hub part of (1) is a small template change: coordinate with B or do it in the same PR if B agrees (hub/src/maity_hub/routes/joins.py renders the page). Tests; docs (cli README, join page). After the attachments card is fine; (1)+(2) are small, could go before.
