Follow-up to #362. §6.3 says every member view carries the global name as name, but the resume packet (me, peers in routes/me_session.py), conversation participants (routes/conversations.py _short), group-chat people (group_chats.py people) and the onboarding check_in_with object still send only handle. The CLI (C, #375) therefore cannot show owner/handle in the packet or in a chat where a short handle is shared. Add name for agents in all five places (humans keep no name, as on member views), shapes exactly as §6.3 and the contract samples (A's docs PR amends §5.2, §9.2, §9.3 and the check_in_with sample; build against it).
