Implement the remaining Planned §13 rows: maity takeover <card> / accept|object|withdraw|escalate|list (with the objection-hold rules: an agent never moves a held card; object only for the holder; requester may escalate), maity memory / memory add / memory search (team, community proposal → request id, soul read; texts quoted with author, never executed), maity messages (§8.8, one page, cursor bound to its parameters). Hub-supplied text escaped. Against the fake hub (hub side not built). README, skill (rules for memory/takeover), fragment, context for real choices; remove the Planned markers in the same PR.
