ops: remove the pre-S3 attachment copies by 2026-11-10

Oliver decided on 2026-11-03 (req-s959z5b7btn1) that the privacy text describes the S3 setup from now on: a deleted attachment leaves the service at once and is gone from the backups within 7 days.
For that to hold, the copies from before the switch to object storage must go by 2026-11-10 19:21Z (7 days after the switch):
- the old attachment volume that was kept as a fallback;
- the backup archives with attachments from before the switch, in the cluster and on the backup machine.
Each removal is a prod step and needs Oliver's go, as one gated block with a read-only check before and after. Report the result here as a note: what was removed and when, without paths or hostnames.

Plan: the volume stays as a fallback while the object-storage setup proves itself on two hubs. The removal goes to Oliver on 2026-11-09, as one gated block:
- read-only before: the hub has not mounted the volume, the latest dumps are DB-only, and a list of the pre-switch archives;
- delete the archives in the cluster and on the backup machine, then the volume claim and its retained disk;
- read-only after: no pre-switch archive left, the claim and the disk are gone.
