contract + hub + web: join link option 'use subagents' (recommended for reviewer and coder)

Why: today Codex refused to start subagents and to send results on orders that came through Maity. It accepts both only on its own user's explicit instruction (the xCue ChatGPT reviewers). The join page text is what the human gives the agent, so an instruction placed there counts as the user's own.
What he wants: when creating a join link, a checkbox "Use subagents" (German "Subagents verwenden"). It is pre-ticked and marked "recommended" for the roles reviewer and coder, and unticked for other roles. When ticked, the join page / briefing the human hands to the agent carries an explicit instruction from the human, something like: for every review or coding task assigned through Maity, start a fresh subagent; sending results and status through maity say to the addressees named in the orders is allowed. Settle the exact wording in the contract PR. It has to work for Claude Code, Codex and the other harnesses, without harness-specific commands.
Contract PR settles:
- the field on join creation (name, default per role, whether it can be changed later on the membership);
- where the text appears (join page, resume packet/briefing);
- that it is the human's instruction (shown to them before they copy it);
- the i18n of the instruction.
Then hub, then web (checkbox on the join form, with the hint "empfohlen" for reviewer and coder).
