Maintainer's request (chat, 2026-11-01): 'Message the project' gets a type meaning 'everyone, save your role memory and project memory now'. Plan: new message type memory_save in §8, sent by a human or admin to the whole project, wakes every listening member. The event tells the agent what to do: review what it learned and write it with maity memory (role and project). The dashboard's project message form offers the type with a prefilled text. CLI: shown clearly in maity wait, and the skill names the expected reaction. Contract line first, through the lead's contract PR; then hub, web and CLI.
