Owner decision req-3wdzdcvcbf7s (o2): people do not know what a "handle" is. The word "Handle" stays in the UI, but every form field that asks for a handle gets a short explanation. The wording below is an example ("zb"), so the exact text is the author's call.

Scope:

• Every dashboard form that asks for a handle: register, profile/account settings, invite, project create (owner/slug context). Grep web/ for "handle" in the en catalog to find them all.
• Add one short hint per field, e.g. "Your username on Maity. It appears in links like maity.team/<handle> and others use it to @mention you."
• English first. Other languages follow per the language-PR rule (one language in review at a time).
• No change in the API, CLI or field names (handle stays everywhere in code and contract).

Done when: every handle input has the hint, the en catalog is three-way clean, and make smoke passes with LANGUAGE=en_US.
