forge.py knows only github.com (HOSTS), forge_of returns null elsewhere and another repository URL is refused. The dashboard's Pull Requests button (tsk-hf70q6maf8cv) has targets for all four, but shows only for GitHub. Decide per forge what is needed: accept the URL and link (small), and which probes, webhooks and checks apply (large). Gitea needs a configurable host. Contract first; split into cards if the probes are not trivial. Not urgent.
