From D (seq 557): maity report after the PR was merged and its branch deleted exits 4 (ls-remote has no head). Options: --pr N takes the PR's head/merge facts from the forge tool when the branch is gone (pr_status found, state merged), or a clear message suggesting --pr / --no-code. Also document in agents.md: report when the PR is opened/updated, not after merge.
