Found by E (2026-10-30): maity report takes the git facts of the current branch, so a report for an already merged PR (#780) sent from the branch of the next PR (#799) carried the wrong head and PR number. Add an explicit way to report a given PR or head (e.g. --pr N or --head SHA, read from the forge or the local repo), check it against the card, and say plainly which branch/PR the report describes before sending. Check docs/api.md 13 for the command and add the option there via A. Tests, changelog. Include dzse's two P3 from #807 (pointer text, fallback to events.after).
