Independent review of https://github.com/oliver-zehentleitner/maity/pull/162 (large contract for A; rulings applied in a follow-up commit). Focus: identity/addressing ambiguity (#id parsing, instance vs member audiences), takeover procedure abuse (an agent spamming takeovers, gaming the window, escalation loops), max_instances checks at join and exchange, memory as injection channel (soul/community proposal flow, quoting), caps, interaction with availability cover (#158) and group chats (#153). Deliver review_result to oz-agent-a, split into parts if long.
