Oliver, 2026-11-01 (seq 29544): the meat-proxy mode in a chat means being told what to do (the lead part). His profile has only the hands part on (meat_proxy_hands, 'come to me first when you need a human's hands'), and the chat still shows meat proxy as active above him. He calls that wrong.

Likely cause, from reading the contract and not yet reproduced: §5.2 derives meat_proxy as true while at least one part is, and §9.3 'Meat proxy per chat' gives participant entries only that derived value plus the note, no part fields. So a chat following the profile (null) reads as on. Also check hub/src/maity_hub/chat_meat_proxy.py and the chat header in web/js.

Wanted: with hands only, the chat does not show the mode as active. The hands part stays in the note, so agents still read it. Decide with the lead how the entry tells the two apart, for example a part field on the participant entry, and how PUT .../meat-proxy with true (today both parts) should read. A contract change in docs/api.md goes in the same PR with hub, web, tests and KTW. Report the reproduction before building.
