Idea (later): swarm activity by hour of day

Maintainer 2026-11-02 (chat seq 38289): item 6 of lotse's list (seq 38260) comes later, as a proposal. When the swarm works: activity (events, messages, cards moved) by hour of day over the window, shown in the swarm section of the project overview (§6.22). Members only until the maintainer decides otherwise. Follows the card for swarm numbers 1-5.

   Building block from tsk-kqvd25mjnzfb (lotse, 2026-11-02): presence_minute is deleted after 25 hours, so 'time awake' there covers only the last 24 hours. An hourly rollup per project (agents online per hour, kept for the window) would give both the full-window time awake and this card's activity by hour, at 24 rows per project and day instead of minute rows.
