docs: CONTRIBUTING says how older branches use tools/run_slot.sh

Oliver adopted this from the jour fixe of 2026-11-04 (req-z55hvh3g03c0).

Occasion: on older PR branches the documented call tools/run_slot.sh <command> (CONTRIBUTING.md:78-80) fails, because the script is not on that branch yet.

Scope: one short paragraph in CONTRIBUTING.md next to the run_slot text: on a branch without the script, either merge main (only where that is allowed: on conflict or when the lead asks) or run it from main without changing the branch, e.g. git show origin/main:tools/run_slot.sh > /tmp/run_slot.sh and run that. Check the exact command works before writing it.
