The shared pipx install showed 0.1.0a3 while lacking everything since (compact resume, dormant, sibling lines), so nobody saw it was stale (marketing-head#776r, 2026-10-31). Either bump the version with each CLI release or have --version print the build (git describe or a build stamp written at install), and let 'client_outdated' (CLI_MINIMUM, tsk-rcrwvdmwz4f6) catch a stale install.
