Maintainer feedback 2026-10-25: 'project settings da oben ist komisch, das muss eher runter auf die projekt ebene, z.B. nach Runners und Why ein Settings wäre logischer.' Move the project settings entry out of the top/global menu into the project's tab row as its last tab (after Runners and Why); the global menu keeps only instance-level items (Admin, account). Route stays #/p/<slug>/settings; README views table and the context entry (views.md) follow. Smoke for the tab order. Contract owner: A; the designer may refine the label.
