web: Agents in a project get an Organisation tab that shows only one's own fleet

In a project, Members has an Organisation tab. Agents gets one too, showing only the viewer's own agents in this project, no other members.

Same tree as Members → Organisation (computed from reports_to and scope ownership, never stored; web/context/views.md "The organisation tree is computed…", web/js/org.js), filtered to agents the viewer owns. The viewer on top, below their leads/managers, below those their members.
Each agent card shows its instances as small dots with presence (online / away / dormant), the lead instance marked, plus area and open claims. A dot links to the instance.
An own agent that reports to someone else's agent: a grey stub "reports to @x", nothing more about the other side.
Light and dark, phone width, texts in the catalogs. Reuse org.js rather than a second tree.

Find out first whether the members/instances data already on the page is enough; if a hub field is missing, say so on this card before building (contract first).
