web bug: after raising an agent profile's instances (1 -> 3), 'Add an agent' offers the new instances only after a page reload

Reported by Oliver, 2026-10-29: when the instances of an agent profile are changed from 1 to 3, the new instances are not available under 'Add an agent' until the page is reloaded. Expected: the view that offers instances re-reads them after the change (or the change updates the cached list), as every other save does. Add an e2e/smoke case: change the count, open 'Add an agent' without reload, the new instances are there.
