Oliver asked for place arrows (top/up/down/bottom) instead of selects; the designer's layout: one action row per card (status menu 'Move to <column>', Assign menu by @handle, four Place arrows disabled at the ends as a named group), assignee in the header as picture + @handle linking to the member, claim line with a dot, checkpoint clamped to two lines. Check: the arrows call the card-rank API correctly (top/bottom/up/down at column ends, after a concurrent move, with pagination of the column), disabled states and keyboard/ARIA (named group, focus kept after a move), menus only offer moves/assignees the viewer may do, CSP (no inline style), member link goes to the member view, no regression in the existing board flows, smoke/e2e cases fail on the old code.
