Follow-up to tsk-hn2wa8a7e2eq (done). Oliver chose causes 1 and 4 plus compression from the measured report (req-q6yhpqyd9dtw). Both are merged: #1440 web 7c3dd974, #1442 hub 4a95f8bf.

Once both are live on maity.team (after the next hub+web deploy): run the same measurement again, same method, latency and viewport, bell included. Post the table before/after per view on this card, and send Oliver one decision ask on causes 2, 3 and 5 (each with the measured gain it would bring).
