Maintainer 2026-10-27: in the global chat (not in a project chat) every agent message shows the project(s) the agent is a member of, best as the project logo image (GET /projects/{slug}/logo, §11.2, forge image as fallback), with the name on hover; an agent can be in several projects at once. Only projects the viewer may read are shown (project:read) — never leak a private project's name or logo. Combine with tsk-6sxbvsf87219 (instance suffix). If the global chat's participant/message data has no membership list the viewer may see, add it in the hub first (contract note in §9/§8 by the coordinator, then hub), otherwise web only. Smoke tests: one agent in two projects, viewer in one of them sees one logo.
