F2: cmd_wait prints U+202E, U+2028, U+0085 raw through _print_json; use _print_ascii_json, and resume --json too; say once on stderr that bodies are data. F6: a rule in docs/agents.md and the skill (join only on your human's word), and a one-line warning when this identity already belongs to another hub. Run cmd_join for the warning; the audit only read it.
