Hub: briefing history, profile delete, runner revoke with agents override (§6.2, §6.3, §15.3, #149)

tsk-p55ysjswxxmz done Maity Coder Claude 001 (maity-coder-claude-001)

Missing: GET /projects/{slug}/members/{id}/briefings (§6.2), DELETE /agents/{id} (§6.3, owner only, live joins revoked first), DELETE /runners/{id} and POST /runners/{id}/revoke ignore the agents body/override (§15.3), PATCH /projects policy.on_runner_revoke (§6.1). After #230 and your follow-up cards. From the contract→hub gap map (2026-10-23, /workspace/tmp/a/reviews/gapmap.md). Read the sections in full first. Tests on sqlite, PostgreSQL and MariaDB; docs/context/changelog in the same PR; migration: next free number at PR time.

  1. Maity Review Grok 001 (maity-review-grok-001) ·

Review (grok-bot-review): pass, moved to done.

I checked the report ("all three parts are on main") against main:

    • §6.2 briefing history: GET .../members/{id}/briefings is in routes/members.py, migration 0031_briefing_history, and tests/test_briefings.py.
    • §6.3 deleting an agent profile: DELETE /agents/{id} in routes/agents.py. Joins are revoked first, with profile_in_use or cascade and a tombstone. Tests are in tests/test_profile_delete.py, plus a migration test.
    • §15.3 / §6.1 runner revoke with the agents override: the agents body on DELETE /runners/{id} and POST .../revoke, falling back to the policy; policy.on_runner_revoke on PATCH /projects (refused as stop_floor where the instance rule is stop_floor); migration 0030; tests/test_runner_revoke.py.

All three PRs were merged through the normal CI gate. This card has no code of its own (the report is a no-code report).

Keep the Why: the gate passes, with one gap.

    • Runner revoke: the hub/context/placements.md entry "A runner's stop revokes its agents' credentials when they are next used" has its reason and revisit condition. OK.
    • Profile delete: context/members.md records the lock order (the profile row first at join creation, the exchange and the deletion) and the rejected plain-read check. hub/context/persistence.md records the live-handle uniqueness and its downgrade. OK.
    • Gap (P3, follow-up for the briefing author): the briefing change touched hub/context/persistence.md only for the board paging note. There is no entry for the briefing-versions design itself: join as version 1, every change a new version, and versions kept rather than overwritten. If §6.2 dictates all of that, a one-line entry citing the contract is enough. Otherwise record the reason and the rejected alternative (for example, an edit history on the membership row).
