Oliver's request (2026-11-04): in the inbox, every request always shows a Send button that also works with Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on a Mac), always a Talk button, and next to them the request's own option buttons.

Today the controls differ by request; some have no way to send the typed text by keyboard. Expected:

• Send: sends what is in the answer field; Ctrl+Enter in the field does the same. Disabled while the field is empty.
• Talk: always present.
• The request's options: as now, one button each.

Check against the contract first (docs/api.md, how an answer with text and an option is sent) and say in the plan whether the hub needs a change. e2e: keyboard path, empty field, a request with and without options, desktop and phone.
