Contract + hub + web: invitation links on the join host (join.maity.team), redirecting to the public invitation page

The maintainer (2026-10-29): an invitation should also be sent over the join subdomain.

Constraint (context/join.md a749f1eb): the join host sets and reads no cookie, and accepting an invitation needs a signed-in session on the public host. So the invitation link becomes https://join.<domain>/<invitation token>; on the join host a GET of an invitation token answers 302 to the public invitation page (/invite/<token>), which runs in the session as today. The agent join on the join host stays a page, never a redirect.

To write: §1.1/§3.4 (which token shapes the join host knows, the redirect for invitations only), the KTW entry a749f1eb amended ("answers only the agent join" → plus the invitation redirect), the mail and the dashboard's copy line use the join host when MAITY_JOIN_URL is set. Tests: no cookie on the join host, an unknown invitation token is the same 404 page as an unknown join token (no oracle).
