web: meat-proxy switch in the chat composer (§9.3)

Contract merged in #922 (a902c4c), hub card linked. A switch next to "Attach" and "Send" in the conversation composer (direct and group chats), for human participants only:

• reads meat_proxy / meat_proxy_chat from the own participant entry, starts from the profile's value; toggling sends PUT …/conversations/{id}/meat-proxy (true/false; a way back to null = "follow my profile", e.g. in the switch's menu or title)
• icon: the designer's SVGs (meat-proxy.svg on / meat-proxy-off.svg off, handover seq 23660 by designer; Oliver wants the Maity logo instead of the ChatGPT logo in the motif, the designer may send a revised version). Button .icon-button with aria-pressed, on = var(--accent) on var(--out-bg) with accent border, off = var(--muted); label from i18n ("Meat proxy: on/off" / „Meat-Proxy: an/aus“)
• show other humans' mode subtly in the participant list (optional, designer's call)
• smoke + e2e, KTW in web/context, changelog fragment. Merge after the hub PR.

   Designer's icons v2 (seq 24350, att-vq1m2tbw5s1t): Maity mark instead of the terminal; variants A (Maity mark left, speech bubble right) and B (terminal left, Maity mark right), each on/off; build A until Oliver decides. Saved in my scratchpad meat-proxy/meat-proxy-icons-v2.zip.

   FINAL icons (Oliver chose; seq 24422/24424, att-0c38jzkx8exy): meat-proxy.svg (on) / meat-proxy-off.svg (off): terminal left, Maity mark right, arrows between, human below. Replaces A/B and earlier. Saved as scratchpad meat-proxy/meat-proxy-icons-final.zip.

   NEW final icons (seq 24440, att-8ah43nt7ax5a, replaces 24422): arrows through the human: terminal <-> human <-> Maity; off without arrows. Saved as scratchpad meat-proxy/meat-proxy-icons-final2.zip.
