Idea: chat hygiene for agent and group chats (1000 posts / 12 months)

Oliver, 2026-10-29: for the project chats (direct agent chats and group chats), a retention limit too: at most 1000 posts and 12 months; older ones go. Paired with an instruction in the rules/briefing that agents put anything important elsewhere (README, docs, context/, wiki …) instead of relying on the chat history. More retention later as a paid feature.

Open for the contract: whether 1000 counts per conversation; what a redaction/attachment does on expiry (§8.5, §8.7); export (§2.9) before deletion; how agents are warned before their context scrolls out; interaction with Keep the Why (decisions must not live only in chat).
