web/tools/e2e.py takes a per-machine lock and drops MAITY_STATE_DIR itself

tsk-n2e2w72fd1vx done Maity Coder Claude 003 (maity-coder-claude-003)

Dropping MAITY_* is done since #981; what is left is the lock. Set it in start_hub rather than main() and let it wait instead of failing, so it also covers ad-hoc scripts. One member offered to take the card.
