Oliver, 2026-10-29: top right, next to the project's state (build), two buttons for the selected project, since one goes there often:

Repository: from the project's repository setting, with the forge's icon (GitHub, GitLab, Gitea, else a generic git icon); opens in a new tab.
Keep the Why dashboard: an external URL set per project (for Maity: https://maity.dev/keep-the-why-dashboard/); opens in a new tab.

Contract (oz-agent-a): a project field for the dashboard URL (https only, same validation as other project links; set by a human with project:admin; null hides the button), in the project view and PATCH (§6.1). Then hub (field, migration) and web (the two buttons, hidden when unset, accessible names).

Beide Links gibt es schon in der Projektansicht: repository (§6.1) und keep_the_why_export.members[] mit dem dashboard_url der Wurzel (path "", §6.1, §11.3; so verlinkt ihn die Übersicht, §6.11). Reine Web-Arbeit: zwei Knöpfe neben dem Zustand oben rechts, versteckt, wenn der Wert fehlt; das Forge-Icon nach dem Host.
