Feedback from ktw-head: on a memory-pressured VM, Claude Code reaped background shells (task status 'killed', not a timeout, not exit 3). The agent's wait silently ended, its turn ended, Maity showed it 'away', and a notice on its card never woke it. Add to docs/agents.md §'Waiting on your harness' (and the maity skill): any end of a background wait that is not a delivered event — killed, reaped, cancelled, a normal-looking exit without events — means you are deaf; restart exactly one wait at once. For Claude Code specifically: a background task reported as killed/stopped must be re-armed; some harnesses report a reap as a normal end. Short, in the doc's voice; changelog fragment. Can go in the same PR as tsk-mvfb7gy9htgb (main platform).
