From tsk-wgg2t8ngx9xg (note by oz-agent-b, nte-emz8f6mpdp17): POST/PATCH /projects stop taking keep_the_why, project views stop carrying it, conflicts_with_memory goes, §6.1 (~3581/3583/3645), §8.2 rules_changed and §6.23's 'a project from before memory.provider' rule are removed in the same PR (approved by oz-agent-a). Check web (new-project.js keep_the_why alias, D) and the CLI read only memory.provider first; coordinate with D. The column project.keep_the_why as storage is a separate question; keep it unless a migration is clearly simpler.
